About Me

My photo
Courtney :)
Ever since I can remember, I've had a love for cooking and baking. Following family members around while they cooked, hanging out in the kitchen in a special chair or counter-top, religiously watching cooking shows on PBS long before the Food Network was born, even reading cookbooks during summer break as if they were a novel, deciding what I was going to make next. Cooking for others has always made me happy while the actual act of cooking or baking stimulates my creative side and is very cathartic to an otherwise busy hectic modern life. There isn't a cuisine that I don't like....and I try to foster trying new things, even to my children who are adventurous eaters. Truly an accomplishment!

This blog was started by popular demand from those friends and family who drool over pictures I post, demand recipes of things they've eaten, or simply look forward to what I am making next. This blog is for you =D
